Can I cancel or reschedule a session? Yes, I understand that unforeseen events can arise. You can cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours notice free of charge. If you need to make changes, please contact me as soon as possible.

How many sessions are necessary and how often should they be? The number of sessions depends on each person and the healing process that each one requires. There are people who only need one session, while others require several sessions. Their frequency depends on each person and the capabilities of each person. It is advisable to do the first ones every week or at least every two weeks.

Is a so-called assessment the same as a therapy session? No, the assessment call does not count as the first session. In this we seek to get to know each other and superficially understand the problem in order to explain how I can help you. The goal is for you to get to know me and see the compatibility we have and if you feel that I am the right professional for you. It also serves to guide you in choosing the service you need, since some of us only need one of the services I propose.
